Scivation products- My results!

Ok guys, last year I dieted for 10 months straight. I ran a Scivation diet for 7 of the 10 months....the cut diet for 7 weeks and the CHA for the rest. In this time I lost 65lbs of bodyweight...maintained strength and actually gained 2 lbs of LBM.

There is no telling what the magic bullet was here but this is everything I took:

Scivation Xtend- 4-6 scoops per workout / 4 during the day
Scivation vasocharge- 2 scoops pre workout 5 days per week for 10 months
Scivation seasamin- 6 per day
Scivation Whey- 4 scoops per day
Multi Vitamin- 2 per day
Fish oil caps- 6 per day

I did various splits and cardio schedules....the highest I got to was 5 days a week training and 4 days a week of cardio. 45min -1hr weights and up to 45min cardio LISS style.

I went from 296 @ 32% bf to 233 @ 14.5% bf. So I gained 2 lbs of lean mass and lost 67lbs of fat! I give Scivation alot of the credit for this....the Xtend not only tastes great but it gave me a carb free way to feed my muscles...gave me stamina and also just helped me drink enough water. The vasocharge was also a carb free way to give me that extra boost I needed...great energy and great pumps, not to mention that the tingles are cool. I have taken it 5 days week for over a year and it still works...no down time! Scivation chocolate whey is great tasting, inexpensive, and mixes with a spoon...need I say more? It also has only 1 net carb for all you low carbers out there. The seasamin oil....who knows what it accomplished, but I took it and had good results, so if it aint broke dont fix it!

After this diet to be honest, I just needed a break to live a little. So I took my break on the diet but kept lifting and using the Scivation products. I started dieting again Jan 1 of this year....and guess what? My lean body mass is up 7lbs! Im using their products the same way as last year...and so far this year I have gained LBM while losing 6% bf. Im on under 30 grams of carbs per day and Im making big gym gains! So even when "bulking" it seemed to help me gain LBM.

I seriously attribute alot of this to the Xtend. There are many naysayers out there, but this is cold hard results. I am not affiliated with Scivation in any way, other than buying their products. I think Xtend is the #1 have to have supplement out there. It is PROVEN to work...and it tastes GREAT!


I would also like to note that all of the Scivation guys are TOP NOTCH! You cant ask for more honest, hard working, cool people to support!

For anyone doubting Scivation, DONT! Their products are legit and have worked for me very well. Im just your average gym rat trying to get huge...and they have helped me achieve my goals!

Holy crap that is insane progress, you got tremendous props from me! That's a huge stack you got going there... I imagine that it would cost you an arm and a leg to keep that stack going for 10 months. I would likento congratulate you on your progress once more and say thanks for giving us a review.

I'm on/off the Scivation diets frequently and always have good progress and my cabinet always has a 10lb box of Scivation whey in it. Been using the VasoCharge too and really like it but I'm gonna have to start working out in the morning instead of at night because that stuff keeps me amped way too late and I don't get any sleep. :lol: I can't wait to try a CHA bulk this summer.

Awesome Post! I have been taking scivation products (sesamin, Essential FA, Xtend, Vasocharge) for about a year now and LOVE them and have had great results as well. I just hooked up with Derek recently and he put together a kick ass diet plan for me and put me on the CHA Lean Mass workout. Just like you said, TOP NOTCH guys. You will enjoy the CHA Bulk. I used the CHA to add some mass following my last show and I am very happy with the results.

I realize that...but they definetly helped me alot!

Helped me get pre workout energy...extra water intake that tastes good....cheap QUALITY whey that tastes GREAT....and great diet plans to go along with it.

Im doing the anabolic diet right now using the same stack and my results are coming along great!
