    trying to look like serious mass... lol

    im 5'10 140, at 20, im trying to gain about 10 more pounds at least before the summer, i work out about 4x a week.. im tryning to get more ripped also.. ///////////////////////i take, serious mass, cytonox, and myoshock, im thinking about getting some animal pak multi vitamins, could i get some suggestions on anything... besides eating.........i know i need to eat more, should i buy a whey protein??

    get a multi for sure, maybe some creatine. 4/wo's a week is good. Just eat lots of clean carbs unless you are very ecto then you can have some cheat meals as well and get plenty of rest which is underated imo. 10lbs is attainable for sure but may not come so quickly im not sure how your metabolism is.

    You won't gain 10lbs by summer while still getting "more ripped". 10lbs is definitely a reasonable goal, but it won't all be muscle.

    Its possible, but pretty hard. I think it would be easier to take some time to gain 15-20lbs and then go on a cut and drop 5-10 of it.

    Youre 20 and probably have a really high metabolism that youre going to have to overcome...so when people say youre going to have to eat, thats what they mean. You pretty much have to eat until youre sick of eating. It will work.

    buy some cheap whey, and a bag of plain oats, and use that as a meal when your at home. WHen your at school or work or whatever you do, have ur serious mass. Much cheaper that way.

    Might wanna make sure your diet and routine arnt **** too.

    Do this....

    Buy as many cans of sweet potatos (in light syrup) that you can. Make sure you drain it and then put it into tupperware in the fridge. In addition, cook up a **** load of chicken breasts by boiling it and grill up a ton of lean sirloin, portion it in ziploc bags and throw it in the freezer, making sure to keep 3 to 4 bags thawed in the fridge at a time...

    Every day when you get hungry take a bag of meat (6 oz.) and all the sweet potatos you can stomach and go to town. Do this for a month and I guarantee you will grow like a damn weed!

    Well I guess it depends on how serious you are about making gains. If you've ever been through a pre-contest diet, this is just a walk in the park and will yield gains like you wouldn't believe...
