im 5'10 140, at 20, im trying to gain about 10 more pounds at least before the summer, i work out about 4x a week.. im tryning to get more ripped also.. ///////////////////////i take, serious mass, cytonox, and myoshock, im thinking about getting some animal pak multi vitamins, could i get some suggestions on anything... besides eating.........i know i need to eat more, should i buy a whey protein??

get a multi for sure, maybe some creatine. 4/wo's a week is good. Just eat lots of clean carbs unless you are very ecto then you can have some cheat meals as well and get plenty of rest which is underated imo. 10lbs is attainable for sure but may not come so quickly im not sure how your metabolism is.

You won't gain 10lbs by summer while still getting "more ripped". 10lbs is definitely a reasonable goal, but it won't all be muscle.
I'd rather be dead then average.

Do this....
Buy as many cans of sweet potatos (in light syrup) that you can. Make sure you drain it and then put it into tupperware in the fridge. In addition, cook up a **** load of chicken breasts by boiling it and grill up a ton of lean sirloin, portion it in ziploc bags and throw it in the freezer, making sure to keep 3 to 4 bags thawed in the fridge at a time...
Every day when you get hungry take a bag of meat (6 oz.) and all the sweet potatos you can stomach and go to town. Do this for a month and I guarantee you will grow like a damn weed!
