I was at Sang Kee (it's a restaurant in Philly, if any of you guys are actually interested in really good Asian food).
I ordered and ate:
-Honey Glazed Chicken
-Steamed green veggies (yu-choi) with oyster sauce
-2 bowls of steamed white jasmine rice
I had 2 cups of steamed white jasmine rice and half of the chicken.
My green veggies were AMAZINGLY good. LOL
But yeah, this is one of my meals.

French Vanilla Whole wheat Pancakes
got the idea from Animal11...come to think of it I get most of my meal ideas from him
77g whole wheat flour (like 1 cup I think)
2 whole eggs
1 egg white
splash of Davinci SF French Vanilla
splash of vanilla flavoring
sprinkle: cinnamon, splenda, baking powder
Mix all that into a batter, cook dem pancakes
Syrup:
1 scoop vanilla whey

tiny bit of water
Loaded Sweet potatoes,chicken, and romaine.
Much more than what it looks, came to about 115g carbs!

also, i found out how to make better rice. before i measured out a serving before cooking, but it would just come out dry and pitiful. now i just get a portion from good rice after making a bunch and save the restOne moment with God gives me far more strength than any good day of lifting.

I just ate a steak with some type of potato creation that I made... I sliced the potato into super thin slices and then made a few layers with cheese....

That sounds good..
Try slicing em really thin like that, laying them down in an oiled baking pan and putting some olive oil on top once there all layed down. Cook for a while and then sprinkle on some parmesan and cook for a little longer. Gets nice and crunchy. Kinda like chipsENCLAVE
