I should probably put more detail rather then just pics like my earlier post.
My transformation was done primarily over a 1 year period, dropping 45kg in the first year, followed by 6 months for the next 10.
Maintaining for 2-3 years and recently dropping another 10 for a total weight loss of 59kg from 142kg to 83kg currently.
I started with 30-40mins hard cardio increasing difficulty at every opportunity, and 30mins weights 7days a week for 2 years droping down to 95kg.
After a year of maintaining i looked for for a change in my routine and began a boxing class for fun nearby to home, and after a year began training for amateur fights.
This was the peak of my training, and I probably over trained at this point. Doing 30mins cardio for breakfast, 30mins weights at lunch and 1 to 2 hours of boxing training for dinner
Unfortunately due to a change of career change I was unable to keep that up routine and dropped my amateur boxing.
Now to maintain I simply do 45-60mins weight trainning 2 days on 1 day off.Last edited by alexpuskul; 03-04-2009 at 05:29 AM.

9 weeks
Firstly, WOW there are some fantastic transformations in here!!
Here's my progress in 9 weeks so far...
94kg to begin with 88kg now.
had already lost 10kg before the first pic...
Im happy with my weight to stay around where its at but definitely need to continue bodyfat loss and muscle gains... 88-90kg i think is a good weight for 6'3" or 191cm if you have a low BF percentage...
comments/suggestions on what to work on and how to achieve it more than welcome...
cheers.

2 months ago (dec)... about 185... but less muscle, ive made some newbie gains (i think)... bruises are from hockey.
Recent pic... lost a good amount of weight... trying to gain some muscle to fill in+ trying to lose a few pounds (188)

Hey all, first post on here. Thoguht I'd quickly post up a couple of pics of myself.
I started my weight loss on 12 Feb-2008, unfortunately I don't have any pictures at all until 5 May-2008 as I hated having my picture taken.
Here I am on 5 May-2008:
And here's a pic taken just today:
Life is so much better having lost the weight and it's been totally worth it.

Heres mine so far
12lbs to go...then my cut will be complete and i'll start my bulk
Still a ton of work to be done tho!
Im cut from near 18 stone to 13 stone 12lb (252lb - 194lb) (currently 14 stone 12lb so 14lbs left to go)
Then I'm going to Bulk from 13 stone 12lb - 16 stone (194lb - 224lb)
Started cutting on January 5th so been doing this for 2 months...amazing how much weight you lose when you stop being a lazy bastard who eats junk into a fitness freak who calorie counts.Last edited by Chrome-G; 03-05-2009 at 10:16 AM.

[QUOTE=Craned;175624111]I figured since we had a thread for transformations from skinny to mass that we needed one from fat to fit. We love to see the progress that people make and I think that this would be a great motivational thread for people trying to get started or stay on track. I'll post some first to help get things going. Thanks in advance to those who participate.[/Q
