    Will 2 weeks of 0 carb make a difference?

    Ive been cutting for spring break on the 13th. If i go 0 carb til then will it make much of a diff?

    It depends on how much you stay under your maintnance. Expect to lose some muscle if your well below maintnance but you could probably lose up to 10lbs in 2 weeks doing this. The goal is to get and keep your body in ketosis. Search it if you dont know what it is.

    Even Atkins doesn't recommend doing zero carbs. That would be a miserable experience. You can eat 30-50g and still be in ketosis. Might want to check out the keto forum for better answers.

    Atkins Induction diet is 0 carbs... Atkis diet is Ketosis...

    I think they allow 1-2 salad max per day though, not sure... I just read it yesterday because I was bored.
