I only take it after workout now but does anyone take it before and after? If so is it worth it.

I have a meal consisting of complex carbs and a good source of protein usually meat or fish with pasta, potatoes or rice about 2 hours before. 1 hour before i then have a shake consisting of 50g oats, 20g protein, 250ml semi skim milk. during it i have 2 sport energy drinks then a weight gainer post workout then another meal similar to my pre-workout meal an hour or two after that. x2 I like to eat solid foods pre workout (tuna/chicken/beef with rice). Then I have a large shake post workout, which is 1/2 serving of ON serious mass, 5 g creatine, 1 cup ice, 1 cup milk and 4 oreos (makes it taste not like ****). You need complex carbs pre workout (rice, potatoes, oats, etc), and simple carbs post workout (sugars or w.e).
The taste of whey gets to me if I have it too close together. The other night I had a late workout and had my typical post workout shake, then had another large shake like an hour and a half later before bed. I couldn't finish the last few gulps of the shake, my mouth got mad watery. I was seriously was about to puke.
