I tried it, i had average gains. The side affects of it are liquid ****, acne and stomach aches. You're better off just eating a lot of food instead and just drink milk during the day, just not so much.

I did, actually I was drinkin 2 gallons of chocolate milk. 20lbs in 14days. You'll have some crazy ****s too.
How about you add to that 4lbs of tuna per day as well
That alone right there puts you at 600g protein per day and your piss will smell of ammonia (sign of kidney strain, and a good sign to lower protein intake).

If I drank a gallon of milk a day, it would have the same consistency on the expelling end as it would on the incoming end. Definitly wouldn't try it haha

Drinking a gallon a day you might. Everyone reacts differently to it. I wouldn't risk it. Regular milk isn't actually that healthy for you. Has something to do with the way it is made, pasteurization i think. Milk isn't actually made for adult humans, its for babies. I'll leave the milk drinking to the babies.

Like the guys above says, anything EXCESSIVE could
I wouldnt worry about it too much. Just do some research if you are interested.
Though if you are too lazy, basically, most common kidney stones are caused by excessive calcium build up in the kidneys. But alot of it has to do with genetics. The risks are higher if you have a high-protein diet as well, as alot of the protein is filtered out by the kidneys as well.Last edited by xSaintFunkyx; 02-23-2009 at 09:33 AM.
