i cant find any foods to eat on my carb cycling diet
so far, on low days (<10g) i only eat:
steak
chicken breast
tuna
whey
Someone, give me some ideas.(cottage cheese has like 6g carbs)

stir fried veges soaked in olive oil with garlic seasoning. its bad and hard to have a high protein, low carb, low fat diet. keto is high protein, high fat, low carb

What? Fruit? No way. That's all carbs and quite a lot of them. Do you people not know what macro's your foods consist of? o.O
Things to eat on keto diet:
Lots of low calorie veggies
Lots of chicken, beef, turkey, pork, whatever other meat
Lots of nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, eggs, cream
Keto diet is a pain in the ass really.

When I was going through the whole low carb thing the only carbs I could have were like spinach, broccoli,....that type of stuff. no fruits and fruit is my kryptonite, but I did it. I don't think I will ever get that extreme again though. at least not for a long time.
If it's worth having...

I am curently doing the keto. I eat egg whites and few whole eggs, with extra lean turkey bacon in the morning, i eat ground turkey, chicken breast, avocado's, some steak, and with the meat i cook it with a whole bunch of seasoning, peppers, lil onion, and a lil tomato, and i lay it over any type of deep green veggie as in, brocolli, green beans, spinach, or sometimes i use a lil summer squash to give it more flavor its delicious!!
