there is absolutely not need for 1000% of the RDA of all those vitamins and nutrients since you're only going to be pissing the rest of it out.

Id normally suggest Animal Pak but if swallowing pills is a problem id advise against it. There are some HUGE pills in there.

pills are reg size tabs. they have a high quality coating that makes them easy to swallow, even easier than capsules imo

I'm a huge fan of Source Naturals Life Force Multi. I love that it has methycobalamin instead of cyano.

Very good product on paper...I had it picked out as my next multi to order, but I've never tried it...have you had some good luck with it?

The dark yellow or orange piss is due mostly impart VitB complex. It probably smells bad too.

Very good product on paper...I had it picked out as my next multi to order, but I've never tried it...have you had some good luck with it?

I use multis as a safeguard in case my diet is ever lacking in certain nutrients. So usually, I'll take it a few times a week. But my diet is usually pretty solid so I don't notice any huge improvement when I take it. But then again, I've never felt anything from multis. And yeah, on paper it looks very solid and many people have seen success with this multi, and the price is right so its my multi of choice

At a 45 day supply for both products, it's hard beat.

Animal Pak along with whey protein of some sort are the 2 supps I have always taken. Due to a layoff at work ext I had to look for more financially responsible route and went with the Multi V. Very Very Happy with it and looking to get some Joint V with my next order from BB.COM my only wish is that Universal would get the Sportpharma products out to stores soon as if it was I would pay the premium and get it now.
