Just wonderin if any one has tried this with good and lasting results/ bad results.
Posted this in the keto section a few weeks ago and only a few people reported having tried it. There is so much more action here that i thought i mite get more feedback

I work with a guy who was asking me about it. I read some of his articles and he seems to be a very knowledgeable cat. BUT, he did write an article saying you don't have to eat 6 meals/day ... you could eat 1 or 2 large meals/day and it wouldn't have any effect on your metabolism.
That's news to me.
So I don't know if he's trying to stir the pot for sales, or if he's good to go. I figure anything is worth a shot since this entire industry is based on speculation and interpretations/W.A.G.s of scientific studies.

That's the key. IMO, you need to go into the diet with a plan for what you're going to do when you're done; you've no doubt noticed that that idea is part of the book itself.
OTOH, you could probably reach your goal with a less drastic approach (in the first edition of the book, he pretty much said that most people should do something more moderate).
