    common spine injuries from lifting?

about 6-8 inches down from my neck right on my spine is a pain that becomes very sharp when i twist or move in certain ways

when i was doing dumbbell rows with my right arm, i had a sharp pain slightly to the left of my spine

i continued my workout anyway but i still have constant pain in the spot

Haha, I assumed you weren't 89 lbs by your avi. I was asking for other reasons which are irrelevent if you have been lifting that long.

Is the pain like right ON the ridge of your spine, or slightly off to the side by like an inch?
