I have started my lg's m-1-t cycle today.
I am taking 10 mg 2 times a day
I am 36 years old.
I weigh 200 pounds.
I am 6 foot 1.
I have 16% b/f.
I have been on the keto diet for about 2 months now and eating 2800 calories.
today was day 1. Nothing noticable yet. Which i didnt think i would.

years ago when I was doing AAS, some of my best gains came while doing a modified keto diet. It was a version of the Anabolic Diet by Dr. Mauro DiPasquale. Its Monday-Friday <30 per day of carbs and Saturday and Sunday all you want. I usually ate whatever on the weekends.
After some time I started to also throw in approx 250 grams of carbs on wednesday morning over the course of an hour, then immedietly going back on the diet until the weekend.
Like I said, I had amazing results.
I'd love to do it again, but can no longer stomach alot of meat products and high fat foods. If you are looking to lean up, I'd keep doing what you are doing.
Hopefully the lethargy won't get too bad being as though it started to hit you after only the 3rd day.

BP will start to skyrocket around day 8 so I hope you are taking your BP supps to keep it under control.. if you dont your heart will feel like it is pounding out of your chest... Stay safe...
