Hey I'm getting back into lifting tomorrow as a matter of fact. I've been out for a while due to injury.
I'm kinda tight on my budget for supps.. I'm in high school so my mom has my diet covered. Do yo know if any sites have any promos going or any cheap supplements for a limited times.
I'm looking for a solid PostWO whey and a pre workout NO type supplement.
Thank you in advance.

Don't use a pre workout supplement until you have 30 bucks a month that you can justify using on one. They work very well but when strapped for cash and you don't have to pay for food go with that. This is coming from a rep. That is like going to a car dealership and them telling you to ride your bike for now . Post workout you could even go all food if wanted. Oats are your friend, make good use of them.

There is nothing wrong with an N.O supplement but it should be considered something after the staples. I really like using a pre workout supplement because of the increased energy, endurance, pump, and improved nutrient delivery. They do help and when ingredients like BA or CM are added they can be very beneficial.

PB isn't neccessary, carbs are for sure though. I enjoy a natty PB sanwhich but spaghetti works just as good. After weight in for wrestling we would always have a bowl of spaghetti for some nice energy.
I go with a stim free pre workout supplement that also aids in recovery. MMA training 3 times a week min., weight train 4x per week and do cardio. I need the increased energy and
recovery. My workouts have never been better as of recent. Also I have never relied on any supplement nor should anyone. Rely on food.

actually ive never found that to really help. within 3 days i already have to up to my dosages and the effects still aren't as good as the first. after that well they don't do much. im going off of any stim for a while just to see if i can actually feel some of the products again. i forgot to say that they do help with pumps though but i don't care about that.
btw even my first time ever taking one the same thing happened and i never had caffeine.Last edited by Death Head; 01-04-2009 at 06:00 PM.

I prefer my N.O supplement not to include caffeine because that is where the tolerance is really built up. With Plasmagen Nitrate many have reported that it gets better as the weeks go on, opposite of many other supplements like it. I'd suggest taking a break from them and get ready for Mesomorph. Going to be a very innovative and effective pre workout supplement. With the inclusion of c-o-p and some other ingredients we cannot disclose until next week it is going to be a hit.
