Today makes 17 days on my PH cycle, taking 400MG of 1ad now, I feel good and strong. Im working out 6-7 days a week now depending on my work schedule. Started supplementing with Potassium and Glusomine for my joint pain. Also some Sugar free jello too! heard it might help.
Libido is out the door.....hopefully I get it all back after PCT, I have 60X0 and ZMA, would stacking these Tribex be of use?

I took today off from the gym, felt I needed the rest. Im 193 lbs =). The joint pain in my elbows is less since supplementing with Glusomine and potassium, also the sugar free jello may have help I been eating a ton of that.
I cheated yesterday.....and ate a turkey Jack, with fries it was pretty damn good.
Bench press has really gone up, before I could only rep 225 about 5 times, now Im at a 10 reps, My decline bench is at 295 at 4 reps for some reason Im stronger there than at the flat bench. I feel Ergopharm 1ad/4ad is good stuff and IMO perfect for 1st time Ph use.
I was lucky to get some NO2 (freebie) which I will use for PCT with 60X0.

Gonna Squat????
Yeah Its a 2 LB Burger along with a LB of Cole Slaw (Yuck) and a Ton of Fries. Thought Itd be a Great Cheat Meal. (Its a Challenge that Dixie Grill Has.) They bring It Out on a TrashCan Lid and walk around the entire restaruant and Explain the Challenge to everyone. The guy ive been Training With wants me to Try It he thinks i can Do It. (So do I)
Ill get back to ya on the Time. (Kinda in the Air right now)

well Im down to my last 5 days on this cycle. Weight is 195 today. Right now I feel stronger than I have ever felt before. Joint pain seems to have went away completely. Got all my stuff for PCT ready. I hope I can keep most of my strength gains. I'll post final pics on the last day.
I was wondering would it be ok to have 1 or 2 beers during PCT? got a party to attend next weekend and I want to have a drink.
For Wildman, since Im off leave now Im back lifting at Camp Smith during the week, I'll be at block on the weekends though.

Well guys, Today I completed my 4 week cycle. My weight is now 197lbs a gain of 13lbs, not bad Im happy with the results. I started the 60X0 and NO2 today.
bad thing is I pull a muscle (right armpit) the other day....its pretty sore. Im going to see a doc tomorrow. I wont be able to work upperbody for a couple of days. I'll try and take some pics tonight.
