I was pretty dry for my contest, so heres what i did.
First of all you have to be super lean.
1. Start cutting sodium a week from the show, eating only low sodium proteins, like chicken breast and low sodium albacore, no protein shakes
2.Say if your shows friday, start the saturday b4 by drinking 3 gallons of distilled water, 3 gals that sun, 2 gals that mon, 2 gals that tues, 1 gal that wed, half gal thurs, sips as needed friday. That weds start taking potassium, about 1000 mg a day and up, alond with that start taking calcum and magneseium three times a day, about 1000 mg as well, that trursday start taking taraxatone, and stop taking it about 4 hours b4 the show.
Well, there you have it, thats what i did, its kinda crazy but it worked for me. It may not work for you because everyones different and responds to different things but its worth a shot!
