I started keto 2 weeks ago and this weekend should be my carbup. Im a new mom and we arent really on a schedule yet so theres a lack of consistent execise. I just feel like if Im not working out then theres really no need to do a whole carbup but maybe a cheat meal or something...any recommendations would be great...
most people are pretty dead by the end of their first 2 weeks of keto and really feel they need to carb up, I guess if you really don't feel a need to carb up then I wouldn't worry about it until you do.
