I wouldn't say i directly train the serratus anterior but i do indirectly from Heavy incline benching and alot of other chest exercises where the serratus is required.

haha, i think you kind of miss the spirit of bodybuilding somewhere, plus, can't really see your serraus in ur avatar... so they can't be THAT great!

Back to thread though, I started doing those rope pull-downs as arnie said/did and they did awesome work, then I got lazy and just started powerlifting to break some plateaus which was great, but yeah the whole philosphy of powerlifting = no "abs" and no "lower back" just one piece- CORE... so yeah, midsection doesn't look anywhere as 'nice' as it once did -_-

I couldn't agree more.
I don't meant to exaggerate but for me SA is the most important muscle for the Upper body. The reason is simple, if your SA is strong scapula will remain always close to the Thoracic cage, which will ensure maximum contraction for the Trapezius, Lats and this will affect the Chest muscles too etc etc,
