You destroyed the competition this week. How much thought went into that?

D'oh. I have not repped last week's winners. Of course I can't rep you though until I spread some reputation first.

I actually put a good bit of thought into those picks last week. Whereas for week 1 I didn't. Of course luck plays into that as well. The biggest pick for me was the Buffalo and Jacksonville game. I figured that everyone that's not a Buffalo fan would pick the Jags.

Thanks for checking up on me guys. I was going to log in the other day and give a quick update.

I haven't worked out since my last workout post. I decided a while back to take some time off altogether. I fractured a toe a couple of weeks ago while getting into a pool with my youngest on my arm. I have been trying to let that heal up a bit. But my extended time off has really been due to how I have been feeling for the past few months. I believe that I have adrenal fatigue. I have self diagnosed myself based on some research that I have done. I am not entirely sure but I have all the symptoms. I figured that taking time off would help and it has.

I plan on jumping back into things probably next week. I will do some sort of SS plan for a few weeks and then go into a WS plan. At least that's what I plan on at the moment.

I finally decided to stop being lazy and get back into the gym. I must say that the time off was nice and hopefully my body is ready to go.

I have decided to just get back to the basics after taking mostly a month off from lifting. I am going to go with a 5x5 program for a bit just to get my strength back up.

It's hard to beat taking a break without losing much strength. Is your HRT regime still about the same?

I didn't expect that either. No body did actually. It was one of the best games that I've been to.

Close games are overrated when you have a rooting interest in one of the teams. Blowouts FTW!

I am due for some blood-work, but yeah I am still taking my shots every 10 days. I am supplementing DHEA now. I have read that with TRT you tend to run a deficiency of this. I have yet to determine if it helps.

I mentioned a few posts back that I had symptoms of adrenal fatigue. I wasn't feeling right there for a while, but the time off seems to have helped tremendously.

QFT. That's the reason I can watch San Jose State play New Mexico State ina barn-burner and think that it was a great game. But I prefer my Gator games with a 30 point cushion.

I assure you that I have slacked just as much as you. Our whole house has been sick with a stomach bug the past week and a half. Plus work has been horrible. I haven't had the time to commit to the gym.

Dam sorry to hear that, between work/school and the spawn of satan which is my girlfriend, I haven't had much time either. I plan on hitting the gym for the first time in like 2 months today!

Yea, I feel like garbage. I'm thinking i have that auto immune deficiency disease. lol I was just in St. Augustine yesterday, I was there from Thurs - Monday. We left at like 4 am, and I had work. The dude i worked with said I looked like I was doped up on some raw heroin. I was so tired I was like dizzy, but FL was awesome.

FL IS awesome this time of year. The weather is in the 70's which is perfect.

How often do you guys use that house in St Augustine?
