Looking pretty jacked.
Chest doesn't really stand out but it might just be the posing and one lat looks a fair bit bigger than the other. Apart from that, solid physique.There is only one principle of war and that's this. routine is pretty cliche. each bodypart 1x a week. i'm trying to focus more on the "sculpting'' exercises right now to be able to add lots more density, all the while maintaining a high protein/low carb/moderate fat diet. I am going to start doing cardio this week. Going to try and get down to 174 or so.

I can understand you being in college now and wanting to rip up for the ladies. But I hope you plan on trying to bulk again in the next few years. You've got too much potential not to be as big as you can be.
But the pics look great. You've managed to hold onto a lot of quality muscle while cutting up.

Been training for about 2.5 years consistently(that is the total without all my sports seasons included where I couldn't lift/diet well.)

Looks like you lost some size honestly.. then again you dropped a substantial amount of fat.. Shoulders need some work and from my memory, your back needed a tad more width/thickness.

There's no reason for you to set a goal of 174. I know as well as anyone that you change your mind on whether to bulk or cut by how the wind blows that day. You look really good and as we've discussed for a long time, if you leaned out a little, you'd look GREAT. You are well on your way to that, and I dont think its necessary that you lose 15 more pounds to do so. Keeping your muscle and eating better/doing some cardio while still lifting should stabilize your weight and finally get the abs back where they should be. Just my 2 cents. what do I know, I'm just some fat old man.
