Well, I got this as it looked convenient and I like the profile. Good mix of proteins and only 1 gram of sugar. Could use some more carbs I suppose.
Well I'll list out the good stuff first.
-Keeps me full(not hungry) for about 3 hours.
-no bloating
-taste isn't horrendous
-packets are convenient(more on this in a second)
-overall solid shake
What really made me sort of disappointed was the fact that you MUST have a blender or a shaker to mix it up. As it's in a packet and therefore portable and should be convenient, the need for a blender/shaker sort of baffles me. I mean this shake is THICK even with water(room temp) and attempting to mix it with a spoon or fork will yield a clumpy horror of a drink.
The consistency is very similar to their 12 hour protein or any other majority casein shake. The taste is also similar, I have the Fudge Brownie MRP and it tastes kinda like the chocolate 12 hour protein(slightly chalky). But the taste is alright overall.
If I could change one thing about this, it would be the mixability. If it was easier to mix and drink on the go this would be perfect! But alas, it's a pain to mix and that sort of limits the potential for use in my opinion.
Overall it scores a solid B+, as it does what it's supposed to even though it's a hassle to mix on the go.

i had the 5lb jug from Vitamin Shoppe of Fudge Brownie.
I loved the taste but it did get messy if i didn't carefully pour the protein in my cup. if it all came out it would poof everywhere and make a nasty mess.
But for $35 i'd definately pick it up again~Misc Shaved Head Crew~
