    NO-Xplode, No-results

After seeing so many positive reviews and hearing only good things about NO-Xplode, I decided to try it out and was less than impressed with the results. Maybe someone can enlighten me to something I might be doing wrong. I just recently starting taking supplements after lifting with only protein for close to a year now, so I got CE2 and NO-Xplode, after hearing some good things. I drink a minimum of one gallon of water a day, drink 3 protein shakes a day, and get as many carbs/protein in as I can with my meals. Right now I'm taking 3 scoops of NO-Xplode and the most I get out of it is a feeling close to that of an energy drink.

Is it possible that the CE2 is somehow negating the NO-Xplode? I do take both at the same time 30 mins before I go workout. In any case, any helping solving this riddle would be appreciated, I would love to get the results I hear so much about with this product.

are you taking your servings on an empty stomach pre workout? food will diminish the effects of no2.

Yep, I make sure not to eat anything two hours before I take it, and don't drink anything one hour before I take it. If I simply don't respond to it do you know of any supplement that would have a similair effect? I'm really looking for something that will get me really pumped to be in the gym, because some days I'm just not into it and don't get the workouts in that I should.

Yeah, I work out at 6 in the morning for about 45 minutes, then around 4 in the afternoon again for about an hour and a half or so, which I'm trying to lengthen.

I can stuff myself with food 45min before working out, then have my N.O. Xplod 20-30min before workout and still have great effects, mostly pumps and minimal energy boost. My friend however, can take 3-4 scoops on an empty stomach and get nothing out of it. So like others, I'll jump in and say you could just be a non-responder. My buddy who didn't respond to NO Xplod responds very well to Animal Pump. So just try something else if it doesn't work for you.

Why would you work out 6 days a week? Where is your rest/recovery time? Your muscles will NOT grow without it. Also, don't lengthen your workouts, you should be in the gym for 45-60 minutes MAX...90 is OK if you do a lot of cardio. Get in the gym, hit the weights hard and make it intense...go home and eat.

Don't take both of them at the same time. That's what could be the negative of N.O.-XPLODE from working.

over-training! if you're looking for gains you'll never see them with this schedule.

as far as the supps go both are piss poor, thats why they do nothing.

What kind of results would you expect from an energy supplement with traces of creatine?

look into SAN V12 turbo, it helped me a lot when I was starting.

"Over-training" has to be the most incorrectly used term here...

explain to me how working out two times a day, 6 days per week and only giving each muscle group two days to rest NOT overtraining.

i didn't like No-Xplode too... didn't give me much gains apart from the energy boost before working out, most likely attributed to caffeine IMO .....

I prefer Dymatize's Xpand.... the normal one without caffeine...
    gave me more gains...

If u have the money to spare, try MAN Clout.... just bare with the taste
