What the title says. If I spend an average of an hour at the gym, and id increase my exercise to an average of 1.45 minutes I noticed an increase in my food intake. Is this normal?

I'd never increase my food intake. I knew this one guy who increased his food intake once. 10 years later... BAM! Herpes. True story.
Honestly, I usually try and eat about 500 extra calories on workout days. Its impossible to calculate and exact number, but ballpark it and eat a little more. As long as you average a caloric defecit over the weeks, youll continue to lose weight.
