I saw one dude this morning at my gym wearing a Lycra vest while working out. As far as I know, you're only supposed to wear it while doing cardio. Am I right or wrong?

if it helps cool u then it'd be a great thing.. heat is always an enemy when working out/cardio

I thought they were just good for areas where you chaff and possibly for cooling you off--although UnderArmour and stuff like that seems to make more sense now.

Fantastic sportswear if you want to remain dry and flexible!
Lycra shorts are great too!
Don't worry too much about what others think. It takes a real man to wear Spandex!
