my arms dont look bigger at all , Strengh to getting better so thats all that matters. How much weight have you guys lost since youv been off it and how long does it take , a month?

ok, few quick questions
I take creatine (on maintenance schedule) 2 times a day. once in the morning, and once post-workout. I split it up 2.5g each time. Is it better to take all 5g after post-workout or split up?
also, does taking glutamine with creatine enhance the results of creatine? and what exactly does glutamine do?
and last, what other supplements are good to take with creatine when trying to build muscle?

Either-Or. If you happen to be working out that certain day, youll probably find it easier to just mix it in with your post workout shake.

If you arent working out, take it in the morning. If you are working out, take it after the workout. At these times, you body will have better absorbtion.

Its okay to mix them. Im not sure why people say it gives you more energy but a while ago Big Cat mentioned there might of been a benefit to taking it pre-workout. Regardless, its not going to make or break you either way you do it. You could experiment if you wanted, and then let us know if it does anything.

I have a question regarding ECA stacks and Creatine. Now I know caffeine and creatine do not work well together so my plan is to take ECA first and then go to creatine. How long should I wait after my ECA cycle is over before hitting creatine?

i take a brand call "Cell Tech" and its already got grape in it.
im taking to full scopes a day as it says on the container and i use around 1000g in two weeks. is this two much??my name is soon

Ive heard from numerous people that it won't, but is there anything more to it?
Im 16 btw, have been training for ~4 months and weigh 150lbs.

WAIT!!! Are you sure creatine and caffeine dont go well together? Can't I just take the ECA at 7 the the creatine at 10 then the seconfd eca at 1pm, creatinbe postworkout at 7 and the last eca at 9 pm? I was thinking of starting to take an ECA stack. DO I have to stop my creating? I just started a new cycle and I really respond well to creatine.

Just make sure that you aren't consuming a lot of caffeine around the time you take your creatine. If you must have caffeine, take it earlier in the day. It takes 5-6 hours to get 50% of the caffeine in your body excreted; so plan ahead. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, since caffeine is a diuretic.
You shouldn't be taking an ECA that late in the day. The latest you should be taking it is 6PM.
It is also not neccessary to take multiple dosages of creatine in a day, unless you are loading. If you are not loading, just take it post-workout with your shake.

Heres another question.
I heared you can mix sugar with your creatine which boosts 60% of effect. Does this imply to any type of sugar? Because the only type of sugar I have is the one I mix with my Tea/Coffea Etc.....Can I mix this is my drink? And how much?

Dextrose is a much more effective sugar that most use to spike there insulin for creatine transport. You can order it off the web or find some at a health store. It is also called corn sugar.
