This was cool. I remembered to post this after reading that thread about being carded.
I was getting done shaving in the locker room yesterday. This guy looks at me, says "Excuse me, but are you name's son?"
I said "No, my dad is different name. Why?"
Other guy: "Oh I used to room with (first person) 20 years ago. I thought you were his son because you look a lot like him."
I said "That's funny because I still know people I knew 20 years ago." (My best friend flew into Canada from England where she lives yesterday and I've known her for 22 years.)
His response: "How old are you?"
Mine: "39. I'll be 40 in November."
His jaw dropped and all he could say was: "Holy ****! What kind of pills do you take? Holy ****!"
He kept saying "holy ****" a lot. He aslo said the dude whose son he thought I was was 49. He thought I was 25.
w00t! lol

Congrats. It's a good feeling isnt it? I look younger than my age but I don't think it'll be an advantage until about a decade from now. I'm 30 but depending on how I'm dressed, people will think I'm anywhere between early to mid 20's. But congrats at any rate.... I think what's good is that when people guess my age before they know me, they think I'm younger but say when clients who I've been working with for a while guess my age, they actually think I'm a bit older... like I'm the epitome of maturity or something. lol.. I dont know.. Maybe when I'm working, I'm more of a straight arrow.

Your story made me smile! Lots of folks think I'm about 10 yrs younger than I really am and I'm not really sure why. I don't think I look that young but who knows? I'm 53 and counting!

Well, to be frank, you look pretty damn healthy (no macho)
my mother is only a few years older than you but there's a world of difference between the two of you. I wish my mums was healthier
Same here.. I hated it when I was a teenager but now I'm STARTING to like it.Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.
