    I am seriously looking into purchasing this stack to try out when I cycle off, again, from stimulants.

    IntraXcella nd Intrabolic...what would be ideal timing/stacking for these two?

    IntrAbolic+ IntraXCell is a great stack and two products that SHOULD be taken together, as they were designed to do so.

    Training days- Take IntrAbolic as directed and ONE serving(3 caps) of IntraXCell either postWO or another time during the day.

    NON Training days- Take the recommended two servings a day of IntraXCell.

    Exclamation To anyone using IntrAbolic or IntraXCell



    If you you are using either IntrAbolic or IntraXCell, you should be using the other product along side. IntrAbolic is only taken on training days and you need another source of daily beta-alanine on off days and a little extra boost on training days. Eventhough the amount of beta-alanine in IntrAbolic is a great single dose 3.2g, it is still the minimum dose of beta-alanine shown in the research to be effective. You need IntraXCell with IntrAbolic if you want to get the full strength and endurance gains from the beta-alanine.Think Peanut butter and jelly with these two products, one should not be without the other

    I heard some great things are this product so I'll try it out.

    If I think it's worth it i'll definately purchase it. CL has send me samples before and I ended up getting a tub of green mag. I was actually about to get some purple wrath but i heard this was a superior option. I'm looking forward to seeing this in the mail!

    i got my sample pack today, i was wondering what amount of water you guys mix yours with. i like to drink ALOT of water as i lift and if i were to sip on this my whole workout i wouldnt be able to drink enough water. It recommends 20 oz at most, anyone mix it with more?

    Some do, but it ruins the flavor IMO. It dilutes it too much and the whey protein hydrolysate comes through. The apple flavor you can mix with more water, but I wouldn't recommend going much over 20oz with the citrus

    I actually like the citrus with 14-16oz most.

    So I got tired of waiting for my samples and heard about the sale and bought 2 Intrabolics plus an Intraxcell.

    Thing is I'm 145 pounds so this stuff about being designed for a 200 pound dude makes me thing that I'm gonna be wasting some of this stuff if I don't cut back a bit on either the intrabolic or intraxcell.

    Can you tell me how much of each I need?

    2. It has 2-3x more peptides/amino-acids PER serving(15grams) and it was NOT designed to be dosed over ONE serving per workout, due to the dosing of the amino-acids and the beta-alanine being at 3.2grams. It's dosing was also based off body weights in the 200lbs range and up.

    Well certainley with a proper diet, don't expect to be 145lbs much longer using this IntraStack for ~2-3months.... Regardless begin with tolerance experiment using 1/2 scoop IntrAbolic each workout = 1.6g BA and work from there... Aim for at least 3g of BA daily imo and it would best be spread out during the day as much as possible for best absorption.

    1st week I'd dose 1/2 scoop IntrAbolic on workouts and take 3 caps IXC sometime around 2-3hrs pre-workout as there are other ingredients in IXC that assist weight training and the beta-alanine doses are spread out a little.
    This will give you 3.6g BA on workout days.
    Take 3 caps IXC twice/day spread out on off days your 1st week. One serving in the morning and one in the evening. You'll get 4g BA.


    After the 1st week I'd start taking a full serving of IntrAbolic. I'd also take the serving of IXC 2-3hrs pre-workout as well. = 3.2 IA + 2g IXC = 5.2g on workout days. Take the same 2 servings of IXC on off days spread out.
    Basicall taking a full serving of IntrAbolic on workout days allows you to reduce your IXC serving that day to just one.

    Your muscle carnosine (pH buffer) stores should increase by over 50% I would think based on the literature using this approach which will allow for less H+ ions to build up in your muscle and less fatigue at high intensity... greater strength and endurance at high levels, more weight an reps, longer workouts, etc... It really works well.

    The industry standard WPH and added Leucine + EAA's and electrolytes will amp your muscle anabolism rates, increasing protein synthesis from spiking amino acids into the muscle DURING your workout thus increasing anabolic insulin at this crucial period. IntrAbolic is my favorite supplement of all time.


    A friend at the gym recommends mixing the Citrus Ice flav with some lemon lime Gatorade for an amazing taste he says and he actually didn't like the taste initially.
    It will add some simple sugars and more electrolytes so unless your really trying to reduce carbs at all times and at your weight I don't think you need to worry about this... You should actually do this for more calories, more carbs, more insulin and more anabolism if you want to gain more muscle and weight.

    Good luck and you should get back to AEN or one of the reps for your experience throughout the IntraStack... actually you should log this if you can spare a few mins even a day.
    I love hearing back from people who try this out for the 1st time. It's good to see people gaining from effective, innovative, science-backed formulas such as Athletic Edge Nutrition's...

    See my post below Seb... apparently Lemon-Lime Gatorade is worth a try for those looking for a few carbs IntrA and an enhanced flav... I'll test it out later and report it in my on-going IntraStack log from 2007-2008.

    Your muscle carnosine (pH buffer) stores should increase by over 50% I would think based on the literature using this approach which will allow for less H+ ions to build up in your muscle and less fatigue at high intensity... greater strength and endurance at high levels, more weight an reps, longer workouts, etc... It really works well.

    The industry standard WPH and added Leucine + EAA's and electrolytes will amp your muscle anabolism rates, increasing protein synthesis from spiking amino acids into the muscle DURING your workout thus increasing anabolic insulin at this crucial period. IntrAbolic is my favorite supplement of all time.


    A friend at the gym recommends mixing the Citrus Ice flav with some lemon lime Gatorade for an amazing taste he says and he actually didn't like the taste initially.
    It will add some simple sugars and more electrolytes so unless your really trying to reduce carbs at all times and at your weight I don't think you need to worry about this... You should actually do this for more calories, more carbs, more insulin and more anabolism if you want to gain more muscle and weight.

    Good luck and you should get back to AEN or one of the reps for your experience throughout the IntraStack... actually you should log this if you can spare a few mins even a day.

    I like what your saying, although I see best benefits from beta-alanine around 6 grams a day, 3 x 2grams. I think people should all have different tolerances with this that will differ depending on the amount of carosine already present in their muscle. Not everyone will have the same amounts. Therefore people should alter the dosage to see which suits them best and run that for 8 to 12 weeks. At least thats my opinion.

    Yeah that I do agree with what you say esp. if you feel it works better... It would build carnosine levels up quicker for sure and you will get quicker effects with the higher beta-alanine dose, but similar to creatine after a certain period it will always level off to a certain degree... I'd say after 6-8 weeks more than 4-5g/day would not really add much more in the way of benefits, but the research is still relatively young compared to creatine...

    Sebastian Balcombe of AEN who I would classify as one of the more knowledgeable with the research, may have some more in-depth expertise and spot-on answers to add.

    I would always recommend spreading doses out as much as possible and convenient... like vit. c, the more you take at once the less % you will absorb and similarly opposite, the less you take at once the higher % absorbed so you get more for your money this way.

    Yea yea I know what your saying. And I wanted to add the fact of a "loading period" that could possibly aid to the raised carosine stores faster which would be beneficial. Its just figuring out which dose would maintain the highest level for that time period. After a while if the carosine level starts to drop off at which dose would we need to keep level optimum? Its interesting to think about. I have a bottle of NOW Beta-Alanine that I most likely will be experimenting with.
