Did frank ever lift more than 405 on his squats? Makes me think if I will be able to lift forever. Arnold does not bench press anymore.

Extentions with a 45 lb plate and laying on a bench with ur knees up and an olympic bar (with weights on it) on ur forehead hanging over the end of the bench doing crunches are far better ways to make sure you have a strong natural belt than doing the bigger movements without a belt imo
Edit: I forgot to mention Im not a bodybuilder, Im a Power Bodybuilder. In my case it means I train like a powerlifter on squats and deads in the off season. Im not talking about using a belt and doing 10 with 135. Im talking about doing warm up triples doubles and singles and then doing work sets of singles with A LOT of weight (not gonna bother giving a number because itll cause flaming)Last edited by NextBestThing; 10-27-2003 at 09:53 AM.

When people say "life is short". What the ****?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever ****ing does!!
What can you do that's longer?
Just enjoy it while u canThe desire to attain "perfection" is a mental poison. Perfection is a fictitious concept, there is only improvement. Therein lies the challenge, therein lies the fun.
Obsession is the word the lazy use to describe the DEDICATED
Commitment isn't the time you spend, It's the line you cross.
I live in the shadow, in the darkness, in a place few will ever see.....Where ugliness becomes beautiful.
