I am bulking and I cheat once per week if even that. But, when I do, it is not like an all out binge, it is around 50% larger than a normal meal that I eat and not junk food either, just more food.. Say a meal is 600k I would eat 900k during my cheat meal. I call it controlled cheating!

I dont really 'cheat' per say. Mostly I eat what I want in moderation and it can fit into my diet...
Only time I ever binge is christmas! I just cant contain myself, I eat so much that it hurts, I love it. It just happens, there is too much good **** around.
I dont go too much on junck/candy/snack food so I'm all good in that department, just a sucker for muffins, cakes, deserts and the likes.
Easter is cheating to me, too much chocolate to enjoy!

Once cheat meal a week. I'm cutting. I know they say that until you can see your abs, you shouldn't cheat but I'm happier this way. I'd rather have a slightly harder time cutting and have my so coveted mexican food than be super lean but have a life with out carne asada, tortilla chips, salsa made from scratch and delicious whole pinto beans.

It's easy for me to avoid fast food, french fries, soda, potato chips, etc. because I don't even like most of that stuff. I haven't had fries in months, haven't had potato chips in over a year. But my weakness is ice cream. I basically try keeping a generally clean diet, but if I want ice cream, then damnit I'm gonna have ice cream. Moderation is key, and I just adjust my food intake to fit some ice cream into my day.

I don't think theres any reason anyone should set a certain schedule when they can cheat.. it's just not healthy. Maybe if your going into competition than i can understand. But for 95% of the people on here it's unnecessary.
Having said that i barely ever "cheat", i don't compete or anything. I enjoy eating "clean" and was eating that way BEFORE i ever started getting more into fitness. I never have cravings for sweets, but if i'm out with my girlfriend i'm not going to say "sorry we can't have a bite to eat, i need to eat a bowl of oats and a protein shake in 1 hour 30 minutes." It won't hurt you unless your binging, eating a cookie here and there is better than having a whole day of processed crap, or getting **** faced on the weekends.

No its not...I love getting sh!tfaced on Saturday nights...its the only night I drink, so I make it count. I then get up, proceed to hit up a greasy McDonalds Breakfast, then have some pizza or something later, followed by whatever I want...then conclude it at Friendly's with a nice Burger and 5 scoop sundae...
Wouldnt change it for anything!Avatar Pic was from Oct 2008. Then gained some weight as all I do is WORK!
