    Fatigue during workout

I am just starting a Horizontal Push/Pull and Vertical Push/Pull routine... Ex: Bench/BB Row, Pullup/Military Press. So Day 1 and 4 would be the upper body and 2 and 5 are the Lower body days.

So here's the problem... I just started it yesterday, and after doing my bench I had almost no energy left to do any rows. I had to drop the weight a lot from what I am capable of.

What are some supplements or natural inexpensive ways to help keep the energy up during the workout. I'm taking creatine mono after workouts and ON Whey as well.

maby u just had a bad day, but for workout energy try to up your daily calories, have a high carb low GI meal before workout like oats, sweet potato. during workout try a bcaa/eaa product. and get good quality sleep. all of these will help with workout endurance/intensity

Cool, thanks for the advice everyone. I was thinking about Purple Wraath but right now I'm a broke college graduate. Also, how many calories per day do u think I should be getting? Im 205 pounds right now. I've been shooting for 3000. Too little?

Maybe try some caffeine? I religiously have a REALLY strong coffee before every workout (strong enough so I'm slightly jittery). It always make me lift hard and prevents fatigue setting in.

Otherwise just rest, good pre, peri and post-workout nutrition are all I can suggest, as your body adapts to the new program it'll be easier to manage.
