I am just starting a Horizontal Push/Pull and Vertical Push/Pull routine... Ex: Bench/BB Row, Pullup/Military Press. So Day 1 and 4 would be the upper body and 2 and 5 are the Lower body days.
So here's the problem... I just started it yesterday, and after doing my bench I had almost no energy left to do any rows. I had to drop the weight a lot from what I am capable of.
What are some supplements or natural inexpensive ways to help keep the energy up during the workout. I'm taking creatine mono after workouts and ON Whey as well.

Maybe try some caffeine? I religiously have a REALLY strong coffee before every workout (strong enough so I'm slightly jittery). It always make me lift hard and prevents fatigue setting in.
Otherwise just rest, good pre, peri and post-workout nutrition are all I can suggest, as your body adapts to the new program it'll be easier to manage."This game, this iron warfare... S**t, it's all about progress and conquest. Bettering yourself, besting the weights, evolving at a constant, regular pace toward your ideal physique." - Animalpak.com
