I weigh 135 and i eat 300g of protein from whole foods alone, 350-370 with supps, so you should set up a goos diet and then worry about supplements, besides my experience with gnc is poor, their products are overpriced and there are much better supplements available. Good luck.

ON 100% i would reccomend its nice tasting as well as 50g protein in 2 scoops
