Hey guys,, quick question because I can't figure it out and don't feel like wasting anymore.
How much MM, and water should I add to 3/4 oats and how long should I nuke it?
What I have been doing now is just nuking the oats for awhile in water..putting a random amount of MM in the oats (I stick 1 scoop in a bowl...add some to the oats...drink the rest)...then stirring. I then let it sit for like 5 mins to cool down...when I return it's always gross. So far I have tried 1 Tbsp...and 1 whole scoop. Both were badOwe Reps to:

i NEVER neg ANYONE, but this is just absolutely ridiculous. you have asked this question WAY too many times. just try it, we don't know the answer, and we don't really care. just try it once and figure it out. you are heading down the road to ED and i don't want it to turn out that way for you. please, please, don't stress about this kind of ****. you need to lighten up. try 1 scoop MM : 1 cup oats ratio, and go from there. sorry for the rant, but damn!
