From a Photoshopping aspect though, it isn't.

Plus, he told you one of the reasons he isn't doing it... so please, do as he requested if you want him to do the work.

The best and easiest ones to do meet the following:
1) pic should clear and of a reasonable size...cell phone shots really aren't that great to work with
2) a good, clean pose is easiest..the "above the head looking down at an angle toward my abs" shots are really time consuming and difficult. A front double-bi is best
3) even lighting (no deep, deep shadows) will allow me to do it more quickly, getting more done
4) i've done some "fat removal" but honestly, I'm not that great with it. It's much easier to photoshop ON muscle rather than take off fat!

Just to reiterate what photoshopmuscle has said before.. in case anyone has overlooked the past I-don't-know-how-many-times he's said it...

* NO MIRROR SHOTS
* standard poses .. no over-the-head shots
* NO CELL PHONE PIX
* NO WEB CAM PIX
* pix need to be at least 200 px. by 200 px ... anything smaller than that is too small
* mind the lighting... as stated in the quote. If the lighting sucks, don't both posting it because he won't do it..
* mind the quality of the pic...... if you give him a crappy pic, and he does work on it, expect a fairly crappy photoshop.
* do not ask for him to make you less fat (remove fat from the pix) he just won't do it
* if you have a few extra pounds, go ahead and submit your pix, but be forewarned, it's harder to make it look good if you're a little on the chubbier side.
* be patient in waiting for your pix to be done. He gets thousands of requests (not all are on the thread, most are from PMs)
* PSM has the right to refuse to do any pic he so chooses, so, just post once, if he does it, great, if not... DO NOT BUMP YOUR PIC, TELL HIM IT IS FINE AND DO IT, OR ASK WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG, PLEASE

Just to give you advanced warning, he may not do anything with the pic. He has asked countless times for people not to submit mirror pictures. They are too difficult for him to do at the moment.

Hey everyone, I'd like to invite anyone who wants to see their physique transformed through digital manipulation to post a pic here. I'll try to add some good muscle. I've done it to a number of friends and workout pals and they've really liked the results (got them motivated!). Below is actually a pretty poor example of a pic that was sent by an acquaintance. The guy already had pretty strong abs, though, so I didn't do too much - some bi, some lat, and some delt.
