Too late unfortunately lol, so now I'm hoping for the best. I did like the Bleu De Chanel EDP, but was dumb enough to get the Parfum concentration, the latter of which is absolute garbage. So hopefully it will work out, will report back here once it's delivered.

I also don't do blind buys, but I have read here and on Fragrantica and in reviews that it's one of the safest blind buys, so I figured I'd grab it at 50ml. I originally planned to go and sample it at a store, but my schedule has been an issue.

Got in the elevator to with 2 other people at the start of the day, and my entire scent completely engulfed the space. I knew it right away, thankfully nobody said anything. I was that douche with the obnoxious cologne in the work place. As soon as I got to my floor I headed right to the bathroom, wet a towel with some water, and scrubbed as much of it off as I could. The damage has been done though, it's still screaming loudly from my shirt an I am full of regret.

We've all been that guy at least once. My story is way worse than yours. I remember getting into a car full of people for an outing and I had liberally sprayed Versace Dreamer. Yes, Versace Dreamer.

It was as bad as you're imagining. They were coughing and someone immediately told me of this olfactory assault I had instigated. I never had it again until I got it as part of a good 3 scent deal, and traded it out for a PR scent through FB.

Thanks! Taken on my property with a poverty iPad Mini camera. Definitely mountain lion country here. Pretty rare that they allow themselves to be seen though, they are quite cautious. More common to see bobcats.... which will still rip your face off if cornered.

First wearing, and I love it. It's fresh, clean, masculine, and powdery all at once. I get whiffs of vanilla at times, too. No funky oud notes despite the name.

Picked up my Allure Homme Sport yesterday, upon first few test sprays on my arm, immediately thought: this is a cheap smelling 90s fragrance, smelled like Michael Jordan cologne, ded srs.

HOWEVER, one thing I've learned is to always give scents a second, or third chance, with sprays on both sides of the neck and back of neck. Ended up doing that and this juice transformed beautifully. Wearing it again today at 85 degrees out and it's marvelous. It could certainly project more, sillage is also not the greatest, but certainly NOT bad at all, I'd say it's moderate. I think these can be fixed with more sprays, only wearing 5 sprays right now...but I can't tell if I'm nose blind here. I pick up trails of this stuff and it's truly a pleasure.

So far for warm weather I've got Allure Homme Sport and Mists of Time.

I still think cold weather fragrances are my favorite. Still sampling cold weather stuff in anticipation for fall season even now before summer starts lol.

100% Prada Lhomme is the best soap scent for me. It's fuarking beautiful, I think you'll love it from the very first sniff as it's more straightforward, smells like an expensive sweet bar of soap. There's also a sparkly/effervescent quality to it that's hard to describe.

Edit: well fuk, people in the comments saying it's reformulated now and the performance is worse. Because of that I won't recommend a blind buy you'd have to test it in a store. What a shame if true, mine performs great.

Every Byredo I've looked at has reported poor performance, although if I remember correctly Kev Samuels talked about Bal D'Afrique way back when he was doing fragrance reviews and he really liked it.
