Misc I've lost 162 lb. from my heaviest (before/after pics and food pics)

As a full grown adult, I've been as low as 161-185 with a full six pack. I've been as high as 392 where I was afraid to go to sleep at night because I was afraid I'd die in my sleep. Obviously I've been everywhere in between. The vast majority of the gain was related to binge eating. For the first time in 15-20 years, I feel like I have systems in place that (with strict permanent adherence) will prevent me from ever binge eating again. I'm 34 weeks deep in 100% control of my diet.

This morning, I weighed 229. I haven't been in the 220's since my 20's. No drugs. No Ozempic. I do take a multivitamin and a pre workout powder, and I've been taking BPC 157 for about three weeks for tendinitis, which believe has made a solid improvement.

I'm not going to show you degenerates any pictures of me at 392. It's too embarrassing. Showing you 335 is bad enough. But here we go:

Relentless pursuit of diet consistency has been the prescription for me. This is how I've eaten every day for 34 weeks (I didn't lose it all in 34 weeks obviously). But this has stabilized me in terms of controlling my weight permanently I believe.





I actually eat six meals every day, but I already ate one by the time I remembered to take the picture.

I tried one of the predecessors of Ozempic a couple of years ago called Saxenda. Same stuff basically, except you take a shot every day.

It made me so sick I thought it was going to kill me srs.

I've mentioned this before, but I told my workout partner 34 weeks ago that I was going to do it on my own. No drugs and no gimmicks because you can't the drugs forever. Because eventually the drugs will probably kill you too. But do what you have to do.

I cook it in the rice cooker with my rice.

I don't know if that cooks/steams the bitterness out of it or if I'm just used to the taste now to be honest.

I haven't tried it cooked. Mostly I eat it mixed with other leafy greens and don't really notice it. We used to do a green smoothie with kale in it that was pretty good.

Good chit mane. Comfort eating is an easy trap to fall into, it takes a lot of willpower to break out of such habits. You’re doing wonders for your health by taking back control. Nice job.

340 was my highest weight and that was in High School. I went to college. Met a girl. Fell in love with her. Ran day and night, swim in evening. And ate the same food all the time. (Grilled chicken sandwich with spinach leaves on side) and lost 100lbs within a year doing that.

I hope you enjoy the confidence boost you get when you lose the weight. It's amazing.

Just a reiterate, since I had a couple of rep comments alluding to this, I did not lose all that weight in 34 weeks. It’s been a much longer process than that.

I don’t even know if it’s possible to lose that much in 34 weeks.

It could just be genetic.

With broccoli, there's a gene that makes it incredibly bitter to some people while others just don't have that gene.

Cilantro is another one, and so on.
