This is where you see a difference with 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3rd gen etc immigrants. Most of the rest of the world eats far less takeout/fast food than the US. 1st gen typically cook a lot of their own meals and then it gets less with 2nd, then worse still with 3rd.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

I second this. My parents were born in Europe. Always had delicious home cooked meals while living with my parents into adulthood.
My grandparents never even thought of eating fast food. I remember my grandfather trying general tso's chicken from a Chinese restaurant one time and he hated it. Too sweet for him.
