    Bike depends on the day, but I always do 30 minutes first thing when I wake up.

    The rest of it can be prior to lifting, after, or even a different session of the day depending on how things are shaking out. That's the beauty of having a gym at home. 100% flexibility.

    Today, I did 30 minutes first thing. Then I did 15 min prior to lifting and 15 min post.

    I was "real" squatting 315 (your PR) for reps 25 years ago.

    Ten years ago, I was "real squatting" 570 in my last powerlifting meet.

    Today, I like the belt squat because it limits axial and systemic fatigue. Translation, it's strictly a leg exercise instead of a whole body exercise.

    Not doing that. It takes me out of the mind set to be able to work out. Only vids I ever took were for form checks that I sent to a coach. If I feel myself getting sloppy over the course of multiple sets I’ll take a vid to correct it if I can’t do it during the set.

    I can do pics of home gym when done though.
