Have you ever picked up a woman in public?

I personally never have, always started by talking online then arranging to hangout..

My problem is I am kinda a awkward introvert and overthinker so wouldn't know how to do it in a non-weird way to break the ice.

Say you are at the store and see an attractive woman without a wedding ring, how do you approach her?
Just walk up and say "My names bigbtree can I get your number?" Or maybe she is looking at flowers do you think of something clever like "That flower is pretty but not as beautiful as you." Or if she is looking at cereal maybe try to make a comment about cereal "With all the food tech technology youd think they could make a healthy cereal that still tastes really good." then if she agrees maybe follow with "So, I know what you are having for breakfast but how about me and you for dinner?"

Do I got the right idea?

I never have done lame pickup lines or anything like that though. I just find something to strike up a (not creepy) conversation about and I quickly try and judge her reception. If positive, escalate. If not, just go about my day and not gaf (never take it personal). Learn to read people. I think that this is what a lot of people can't do well. Nothing worse than the guy who thinks that someone is into them, when its obvious that they aren't.

So am I, you can do this. You just have to do it and keep doing until you get good at it.

Remember when you was a baby right and you were learning to walk. Did you just suddenly work out how to walk and then just strut about everywhere? That's where practice makes perfect. Her being able to hold conversations is a must, so it's partially an interview of her as well.

When women are really interested it's obvious while talking. I won't pursue someone unless they are enthusiastic, I'm not ever going to waste my time trying to convince or win someone over. That is pathetic PUA crap (tricking a girl into liking you). That isn't real and won't last.

Maybe even practice just talking to women that you aren't attracted to, just to get used to banter and how women talk.

I've done it many times and always get the girls number. It's better if you just start out by small talking(how's your day going? ) and go from there. Chances are she will just say I'm good how are you which gives you a chance to literally talk about whatever you're doing. It's not nearly as rocket science as people make it out out to be NOR do you have to be extremely good looking to pull it off
