Ghost seems like one of those companies that draws consumers to the product with colors. You can put protein on anything and people will assume that it’s good for you. PRIME is another company that sells sugar in a bottle promoting great hydration.

I bought them both just to see what the hype was about since I'm such a huge fan of their Chips Ahoy and Oreo protein powders. Taste is nothing to write home about and the texture also isn't great, this is with whole milk. It's very clear that you're eating a protein cereral/snack.

It might be better if you make a "legend bowl" (they can fuk right off with this dumb $hit) by combining the cereal with their cereal milk flavored protein but I'm not about to spend $6 on a single bowl of cereal.

There are really only a limited number of uses I can see this being good for. If you want to take a protein supp but absolutely refuse to drink a shake or eat a bar, this could be your answer. Or if you're just looking for a somewhat sweet treat to grab a handful of or add to other things as a topping without eating 100% junk.

The cereal sucks, but if you're looking for a good protein snag a bottle of the Chips Ahoy and mix up a shake. I like to do 2 scoops of protein, 12oz of water and 4oz of whole milk. I mix it preworkout and let it sit for 90 mins or so until post and that sitting makes the shake taste even better IMO.

Meh their chips ahoy protein is good but I have serious doubts anyone can make a good protein cereal since most just have this weird texture at some point during eating.

Well, I take that back , special k I think used to have one that was cinnamon flavored and the pieces looked like the “regular” little textured rectangles in captain crunch, and it was awesome. Then they replaced them with spheres that had the texture of wet cardboard…
