I can't figure out how much to eat.
People make fun of blacks, Indians and Muslims all the time on this site and no one cares. I make fun of landwhales, and all these simps show up.
At least blacks, Indians and Muslims are human beings. Landwhales belong in a zoo. They aren't even human. What is there to be offended over?

This is tangenting away from the thread but vertical can't be trained.
A person can take their squat from say 135 to 495.
But if your vertical is say 20 inches, you can 2-3 inches to it at most. The exception is if you're fat as fuk and lose a bunch of weight, but that's not really adding, that's just removing the handicap.People make fun of blacks, Indians and Muslims all the time on this site and no one cares. Somebody said that if you are watching calories, just simplify it by weighing your food and multiply it by 2 to find a general estimate of calories. This is assuming it's a mix of proteins, carbs, and fats.

Measuring vertical is full of frauding and stupidity. But if he did it on a digital pad for both the before and after and if it wasn't something extreme like from obese to not or from detrained/untrained to trained, then sure, I have no problem being wrong if he did all that.

Your overall weight and leg muscles matter, but the way to increase vertical leap is....... jump more. Functional training is key. In my BB playing days, it was jumping whenever I could. Practices distance, height, technique, etc. Being able to have mid forearm at rim level being just over 6' tall took lots of practice. Jumping is like heavy lifts, part is the strength increase, but a lot is just training the body to encompass all the parts of the body working together cohesively.
