The Titanic was built in Belfast-Liverpool was just where the line had their head/registration office. I believe the only place in Merseyside with any number of blacks in that era was Toxteth. Good luck finding may blacks in Hants back then as well. No doubt even if they filled up the ship with black staff & passengers, these cretins would be complaining that theyshould be the rich passengers & the ships captain & high ranking officers should be black as well.
