Houston and a few surrounding areas got hit hard by a freak storm. 1 million without power in Houston. Rural areas lost power too.
Really it was a freak storm. By 5pm it was so dark I thought it was 8pm.

Can’t control mother nature boyo.
Anyway, back to music. No power….okay next song
I've been seeing the past in one eye and the present in the other. So, I thought I could only see patches of reality, never the whole picture. I felt like I was watching a dream I could never wake up from. Before I knew it, the dream was over.

Glad you got yours back. An electric feeder tower went down by 99 and West road.
Looks some spots just got it worse than others. Based on the damage there had to be a Tornado or two on the ground.
For sure, we have ours sitting in a shed. If it's not back up by noon we're probably getting it out.
Stay safe breh.Last edited by Voidgaze; 05-17-2024 at 04:45 AM.

Driving into work this morning and I felt like I was driving in the country. Darkness left and right all around Houston freeway for miles. Unfortunately work had power and here I am.
Buy flashlights now, no one should rely on their stupid phone light lol.
I recommend Sofirn lights, cheap and good quality.*MFC*

Having no power with no timeline on it being back up is the absolute worst. It always reminds me of how close we are to being back in the dark ages if some freak magnetic storm came and wiped all electronics out.
I was always looking at the finger pointing at
the moon. Now I'm just looking at the moon.
And theres no me looking. Theres just looking.

Most people use that press chit nowadays I’ll never trust that for gas. They are coming out with that press stuff for refrigeration too nowadays smh. People are scared to use a torch or and a little silver solder. I’m wondering what boces is even teaching these new techs lol. They don’t get hands on anymore I know that it’s all VR and controlled environments

yeah my old man's I don't have a need for it and I don't have a lot of extra storage space and our next move is going to be cross country so it's time for it to go
I actually brought it back from my parents cause I had thought about trying to turn it into the base for a conan's wheel but then never put much thought into itBoomer Rep Crew #1
