Protein packed breakfast snacks?

What do you eat? Need some ideas and recommendations.

I don’t always have time to make scrambled eggs. I’m usually out the door by 2 am.

Hadn’t been able to find myoplex in a while now, that was one of my favorites for grab and go.

I've seen reels where people make a huge batch of breakfast burritos in one batch and freeze them. Think I'm going to give it a try. It's meat prep essentially.

If i really need a quick breakfast i'll just microwave some chicken sausages and maybe have some fruit.

410 mg per 1 oz. I don't really know what 1 oz is in terms of how many sausages. I usually just eat 2-4 at a time as a snack and they're great for when you're traveling.

but if you insist on breakfast, costco has these eggs that are already boiled, in packets.

I've been doing 226g of cottage cheese with a green onion and a strip of bacon crumbled up and buncha hot sauce

It takes exactly 7 minutes to boil 6 eggs. Further 5 minutes to throw them into a cup with some real butter, salt and pepper and mix it up real good.

Ofc you can make time to do that.

I do oatmeal and egg whites every day, you can cook the night before and just eat it cold.

but easy grab and go, hardboiled eggs and a protein shake.

Oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder is an option, 30 seconds in the microwave and its ready.


Oee, if you like me and need a substantial breakfast to feel energized, you can just meal prep if short of time. Breakfast burritos are a good option, and so are breakfast sandwiches. Whip a whole carton of scrambled eggs, chop up some challots, cook a few rashers of bacon, some mushies, and stick the mix into 4-5 sandwiches with brioche bread, or tortillas if you want a burrito.

Wrap in foil and you have a week of breakfasts there. Prepare on a Sunday. Another alternative is to make a big spanish omellete and slice it into 5. Eat a slice each morning.

Full fat Greek yogurt(16 G protein per serving), with honey if it’s a gym day

Almonds and pistachios

Some type of fruit(usually pineapple, banana, and/or cherries)



Besides steak and eggs, that’s the breakfast of champions.

I think 99% of those protein bars are full of **** about their protein content. Rich Piana talked about it, and its damn true : His logic :

get a jar of protein isolate, more or less pure protein, a scoop is 24-30 grams depending on brand. Now pour that on a table/tray. Then look at that bar next to pile of powder. Wonder how do all the sugars, fats, protein, of that bar, take up less space than that single scoop. Its not regulated and these companies put whatever number they want onto the bar to sell them. People who eat tons of protein bars rarely are in good form. People who eat real foods chicken/beef/rice/eggs are.
