Godfrd has been doing 3 pullups since he was 17. Dimishing returns after you can do 3.

That's actually really good gains. Pretty sure he's gained 100lbs since he was 17 so he also added 100lbs to his pullups.

That brings up another incredible Godfrd story. His bodyspace has said 250lbs @ 20% bodyfat for forever. Apparently the 30lbs he gained was from not lifting and eating takeout during covid lockdowns which brought him to 280lbs @ 20% bodyfat.

Godfrd and his BB genetics are so much better than everyone else that he is able to not train and eat junk food and it turns into 24lbs of solid muscle with minimal fat gain.

Yeah I agree, you can easily get a muscle group worked properly with 3 solid sets. No need to do the autismo 3 hour lifting sessions, as the returns on the time investment just aren't there

Unlike you, if the facts turn out to not support what I say, I'll just own up to it instead of doubling down and trying to argue that water isn't wet.
