People on social security before retirement and welfare bennies shouldn't get to vote

Anyone who goes on SSI before retirement or takes welfare benenfits for longer than 1 consecutive year straight should be ineligible to vote. If you aren't contributing a damn thing to society, then you shouldn't get to have a say in how that society is run. These people should just be greatful they get taken care of by people who actually function like normal adults in society.
