Had it scheduled, but had to cancel due to family issues. I plan to take it though, even though I'm feeling pretty comfortable as it is on the bike.

Thanks! Very happy with it so far, wasn't looking for anything crazy with my first bike and this seems to fit the bill perfectly. Fast enough to put a smile on your face but you don't feel like the front end is going to lift up every time you hit the throttle.

This is basically where I was at! Kids are teenagers and I've been putting off getting a bike for 20+ years. Wanted something to commute to work and play around with on the weekends, the Ninja 650 fit the bill perfectly because it looks like a sport bike but the riding position is very comfortable for us older folks. Although I'll admit it might not be the last sport bike I own, I've always wanted a Ducati or a Yamaha R1

Sent out an e-mail to one of you (only e-mail I had). Not a massive score but looks like there is a set of free Schisler deep dish plates on ******** in Ohio if anyone is near by.

Not must have plates but they're cool even if they aren't US made.

    https://www.********.com/marketplace...rral_code=null

Search 260 lb Olympic weights. in Clyde Ohio on ******** or fill in the link above

Received these Troy VTX Grip GO-V plates, pretty nice. The paint isn't the greatest but the casting is pretty decent and I like the look and grip. The casting, dimensions, and machining seems very consistent with the older ones I have. DumbbellBuddy was a good buying experience.

Posting this question here, rather than it's own thread, because in it's own thread it'll probably be buried in spam posts.

I'm toying with the idea of grabbing something with which to do dips. I figure I have two options. In no particular order:

    1. The Titan X-3 Series Y-Dip Attachment, which I believe I can use on my X-3 Series short squat stand if I attach it to the inside.

    2. The Ironmaster Bar Dip Handle for Super Bench/PRO

Anybody have any thoughts on either of these options?

I love my SuperBench, but the only reason to buy that attachment would be if you don't have space for a rack. It's not as sturdy and the arc prevents you from using a weight belt.

I can't speak as to how well the X-3 would support that though.

I don't own either option, but from what you've described not being able to do weighted dips with the arc of the SuperBench dip attachment would be a no-go for me.
