I'd like to discuss the nuances of diet, nutrient timing, lbm loss during cutting etc.
For example, when cutting, you're going to lose blood volume and its significant enough to throw off you goal estimates. I am sure water loss is a factor in this as well. This leads me to believe that calibrating your weight loss by lbs lost each week is silly if you're not accounting for these. These are also factors that are heavily influenced by hormone use, so I don't want the advice of someone on the sauce.
Any serious places out there? I found a decent lifting forum, just need a decent diet forum.

The top experts pretty much all agree not much changes between a natty or enhanced lifter. Except as an enhanced lifter you recover and grow faster. But everything should pretty much be the same. You can just expect much slower progress. And you can never achieve the same results.
Most people that are really into this stuff. To the point where they are discussing what you have in mind. Are enhanced. I doubt you'll find any 'natural' bodybuilding forums/sources that are legitimate. The best you can really hope-for are guys that spend 10+ years doing it natural. Then went enhanced. So they know both sides of it.
I've been into lifting for 18 years and I never stumbled across any 'natural' bodybuilding forums worth remembering. The real knowledge/experience comes from enhanced lifters and forums dedicated to being enhanced.
If you want good sources for knowledge Mike Isratel and Greg Doucet on youtube are legit. John Meadows is legit AF (Deceased but they still upload old content from him). Alberto Nunez (team 3dmj guy) is one of the only guys that claims natural that I think might be worth listening to.
