I noticed myself getting shocked when I touch certain things (like for example the treadmill).

Well, I went to the park and been grounding myself to the grass (no shoes or socks). Walking or running for like 10-20 mins per session

I think this is real. It is a very recent phenomenon that we wear insulating shoes and hardly touch anything grounded electrically. Charges can build up as OP noticed.

Same. When I was a kid I'd literally shock myself on every single doorknob. It sucked. I'd like have to tap the doorknob super fast, but just one day it stopped happening and hasn't happened again for like 20 years lol

Umm, no. I used to work with medium voltage (up to 13.8kV). ES rated boots only, although I've only accidentally tested them up to 480V.
