Doesn't work like that.

They have to have a warrant to do that so you must have been sitting on the side of the road for a while. When i had my phone seized they installed some kind of high tech Israeli software on there to do a sweep. i know this because when i got it back i had my brother look at it and he was really impressed with it and he does that kinda stuff for a living
