I recently reactivated my Faceberg and I looked up people I went to high school with.

The vast majority of the women are now married and are either full on obese as phuck landwhales or getting fatter each year with round faces and chit. Needless to say, they were all thin and athletic back in the day.

The husbands, some of them are chubby but I'd say the majority are normal build prolly skinny fat. One of them married this 8/10 I smashed back in high school and she went absolute landwhale mode after they had kids. We're talking over 220lb at like 5'5 easy. I remember how happy he was at their wedding when she still looked great. Saw a recent pic of them and he's got that "kill me" face struggling to smile. He's prolly smashing like this:

My wife, her mother, and sister can all share clothes.

5'-4" - 5'-5" , and 115-120 lbs.


Plus my wife likes to run.


It's not foolproof, but after 8 years she's still 115 lbs.

Lyle McDonald laid out the magic formula for females long ago. It works a little too well. It’s almost creepy. A woman must do three things: high protein, low carb, heavy weights.

As a husband you must lead by example. Women are a mirror. Like kids are. Whatever you do, they will do the same thing. So… you must lift and keep your abs visible. And tell her the truth if she is getting fat.

Another thing is hormones get fuked up during and after pregnancy because women eat and exercise wrong. Or don’t exercise. Supplements with things like vitamin d are a must. Both forms of vitamin d by the way… and exercise helps with hormones and sheit.
