Reports are some settlements have been taken, but it’s too early to be taken as anything but rumors so far.

Ukrops were reporting that Russia massed around 50k troops, I’m guessing this is just to put further strain on the already strained AFU. Kiev will now need to redirect units to this area, which they severely lack, plus it creates some sort of buffer zone for Belogord.

I think having the two cars is the bragging bit, you have a daily driver and a weekend car most people can't or atleast wont afford that.

Personally I don't understand why someone would buy a pick up unless they're a tradie or something.

I personally believe the Russians are on a go slow - the longer this war lasts the more it benefits them and their allies. Especially when the US is dedicating huge amounts of money and resources - that will make no tangible diffference on the ground.

This movement is just a way to stretch the Ukraine forces, and as you say make a buffer zone between Ukraine and Belgograd.
